Generally speaking, electrodes manufactured in China and India undergo the entire process from materials acquisition to manufacturing in factories in the respective countries while electrodes manufactured by Maruya Industry Co., Ltd. are high-precision processed at our own factory from materials imported from China or India. For this reason, the kinds of defects caused by processing precision seen in electrodes manufactured in China and India are very rare in Maruya Industry products. This is why we have such a good reputation with our customers.

Could you tell me about product weight and materials handled? |

The product weight ranges from a minimum of 2kg to 2,000kg (Maruya Industry tack record). The main materials we handle are FC150 - FC350 and FCD450 - FCD800.

Where is the main source of procurement for cast metal? |
